Presidents' Ball 2025: A Night at the Disco

President Philomena V. Mantella and Quinten Proctor, Student Body President, cordially invite you to Grand Valley State University’s Presidents' Ball.
Presidents’ Ball is an evening full of food, dancing, and unforgettable memories.

Buy your tickets now! Please note that only GVSU students, staff & faculty can purchase tickets but may bring a non-GVSU guest with them. Please use your GVSU email when purchasing tickets.

Desserts and appetizers meeting a variety of dietary considerations will be served.

NOTE: There will not be an awards ceremony this year. 

TIME:

Doors Open: 8 p.m.

Surprise Performance: 9 p.m.

Doors Close: 10 p.m.

Dance Ends: 12 a.m.

Last Bus to Leave GLC Live at 20 Monroe: 12:30 a.m.

LOCATION:

GLC Live at 20 Monroe

11 Ottawa Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503

Buses will be available for pickup and drop-off from the Kirkhof Center to 20 Monroe, and from 20 Monroe to the Kirkhof Center.

From 12-1 a.m. Kirkhof Center will be open exclusively for restroom access.

Presidents' Ball is one of Grand Valley State University's longest standing traditions. What once started as a small gathering in the lower levels of the Kirkhof Center, has now grown to one of the most magical nights of the year for the University.

Presidents' Ball is co-sponsored by the Campus Activities BoardOffice of Student Life, and Student Senate, which are a part of the Division of Student Affairs of Grand Valley State University.
